Can you not STOP these imposters using your network? The number appeared as REDHILL 01*********.

I recently called for a transfer to eSIM as PAYG costumers. Unfortunately my handset is not compatible as call handler stated. Now I requested for Physical replacement sim and sincerely I am having a lot frustration with Three. The worse is my google account has been taken over hence can’t access my email. I need the SIM to be able to reset my gmail account and I am being denied. I have asked if I can add mother email to enable me receive the OTP that too I have been denied.
Please HELP

Hi @LeeSandy,
This will definitely be a scammer, Three wouldn't be calling you from a number beginning 01, most likely the scammers will be faking the call from that number using a process called spoofing. You can find more info to report this on our fraud to watch out for page. If you text CALL to 7726, then you'll receive a response asking for the number which called you, and this will get the info over to our Fraud and Security teams.
There's no reason we'd call to replace your SIM like you've described. If you've given account information to the caller, or you have any concerns about your account security, please contact customer services who can look into this further.
Thanks,
Jonathan
