Hi - any chance of a technical update on the mast that’s meant to be upgrading in the KY12 postcode area in Fife? For the past 5 weeks we’re getting a very patchy 2mbps download at best - despite a 4 bar signal on the 4G Hub - so we can’t do much at all. The outage report just says the same thing daily; that it’s undergoing an upgrade. The local store team can’t seem to help, despite them being really understanding and apologetic. Whats the time estimate for it be workable broadband again please? Feel like I’m paying for something I can’t use.
