Unusable Signal Strength Indoors

Completely unreliable indoors now for almost 3 years, I only get intermittent 4G signal - no 5G, for some reason the monthly charge isn't intermittent. I rate it as 2 out of 10.My solution, I got Virgin Media wired hub.
