As of 15th Sept, the 5G broadband (sim) has been running extremely slow, below 10mbps in LE9 postcode. The network check on 3 website still says “fixing problem”. Had no real explanation from 3 nor any timescale this will be repaired. Disgraceful service from 3.

Oh, that's quite slow. At least the team are aware there's an issue, it means you don't have to worry about whether or not it's your hardware or something like that. When did you speak to the Three Team? What was advised when you did?
