5G router not connecting to internet

So I bought this 5g router Zyxel NR5101 and I've put a sim card in it overnight but still don't get any internet from it (WiFi says connected without internet) and the internet sign on the router is red. Does anyone have any solutions please?

Sounds like the SIM hasn't been activated just yet. Same happened to me but a call to customer services got things sorted quite quickly. As @Geluk said give them a call on 333

I had exactly the same when my NR5103e arrived last week, I put the sim in my phone for a couple of minutes and then back in the router and all of sudden it began to work.  Think putting it in my phone and then back in the router forced it to activate.
