So I am moving area pretty soon and three online are saying my area hasn’t got broadband at the moment surely they can’t make me pay for internet or service that I am not getting it not my fault that area isn’t serviced with broadband for three

Ah, that's unfortunate if there's no 5G showing there. I don't know if you've been to the area to try it out with your phone yet, but it's worth trying that out, as the checks performed by the Broadband tool are quite conservative. You might find that there is 5G in the area.
If not, your Hub should be able to step down to 4G just fine until 5G reaches you, and 4G can often provide some impressive speeds.

If you’re within your minimum term then you still have to pay. It’s not their fault your moving address either.
