All of a sudden, cellular data is not used
There's a lot of data left, so why can't I use it? Please process it as soon as possible

Hmm, that is odd. Are you having issues with any other services such as texts or calls?
We'd suggest checking out our Network Status Checker as this will shed light on any reported issues or work taking place in the area that may be causing this.
If this doesn't help, as @MZone mentioned, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Service teams.
