Annually, a Lack of bandwidth - We're Fixing an issue with our Network in this area - SA446NL

Hello, and Welcome to my Frustration....

Why is it that every year, when people start to descend on the coast, that the bandwidth drops and the ONLY update on the Three website is : We're Fixing and issue with our network in this area ?

This happens each year during the peak summer season and massively reduces the bandwidth available - making it often unuseable for its intended purpose.. Watching Web services..

We’re sorry for any disruption you experience. Our engineers are working on masts nearby, which means the rest of our network is handling more traffic than usual.

Updates on our work will be posted here. We’re working as fast as we can to build a better, stronger network in your area.

This is the same response each time its checked - with the exception of the dates Rolling through the summer.

What Chances are that you could simply say that there is heavy traffic? OR get another Mast/increase bandwidth..

Its a massive frustration !
