Was billed my contracted amount on the second of august and today I was charged an additional £17 and after reviewing my contract payments I have been charged double every month except my initial first contract month and I want a refund ASAP
You need to call 333. Before you do go to my3 and check your bills. It will help to have a couple to hand to see exactly what you have been billed for.
