Hi everyone,
UPDATE: Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. Our monitoring has picked up an issue with calls connected via WiFI which we are investigating urgently.
Today, we also expect to see an additional impact on our service due to Storm Éowyn in some areas. We have already deployed extra engineering resources and planning for these areas, so we can bring sites that are impacted back online as soon as it is safe to do so.
A normal volume of 999 calls were connected yesterday and our monitoring confirms the service is working fully this morning. We continue to investigate the small number of reports that we received about 999 call failures. We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused by the issues on our voice network.
Due to these issues, our phone and chat lines are and will continue to be incredibly busy, so we're aware there may also be issues getting through to the teams at the moment. Please bear with us as we work through this.

I’m a doctor and get lots of calls from work and it’s getting unsafe as me and my wife both on 3 network not been able to make or receive calls. I would request 3 mobile to at least update us as to long it’s going to take.

Can we get an update from THREE on when voice calls are expected to be back on … press releases are saying it’s all back working but still not able to make call ( other than WiFi )

I’m in Essex and mine still isn’t working either yet 3 claimed yesterday the issue bad been resolved?! I tried their live chat option but it was useless and obviously we can’t call them …

Spent an hour with Three tech support … eventually a manual reset of the network settings resolved the problem … you find it under settings … general … transfer or reset …reset … reset network settings …. May help others …

Mine still isn’t working. I missed an OH assessment for my job because of it and will be charged £250 for it. Unacceptable. Clearly it hasn’t been sorted everywhere so blanket statements saying that it has been don’t help.

Will this affect roaming as well? Suddenly can't make any calls or text? But data is all fine?
