I received a letter from Three stating the free Go Roam element will be removed from my contract.
From the letter, it is not clear if receiving phone calls will be free when in a Go Roam country if you don’t buy a day pass, or whether that will also incur extra charges. Any ideas? Thank you.

Hi RoBee 👋
Charges for receiving calls or texts while abroad vary depending what country you’re visiting. The best way to check is by popping your intended destination into our roaming support page. It’s also a good idea to have a check of your Price Guide.
Contracts taken out or upgraded after 1 October 2021 do include a daily £2 or £5 charge to unlock the UK allowance for use in a Go Roam destination.
This charge is applied as soon as soon as you use your plan's allowance in a Go Roam destination, which includes making an outbound call to a standard UK mobile or landline number, sending a text to a UK mobile, making calls and sending texts between Go Roam in Europe destinations and accessing data services.
We hope that helps clear things up, but do let us know if you've any other questions.
