Pls can someone help me out.
I recently ported from lyca to three and can’t receive calls or text for over 25 days now and every time I call three they keep telling me it’s been looked into and it’s been over 25 days. This is very frustrating as it’s costing me a lot.

I’m afraid your only option is to persevere with customer services. Not the answer you want obviously but on this forum we have no access to your account. As an aside there is absolutely no way I’d wait 25 days and counting to get this sorted. Go to the Three homepage and raise a complaint,then they have to respond within a set timeframe
