Just changed from EE to 3 biggest mistakes can’t receive calls or texts for 7 days! Get palmed off with 48 hours every time I contact! Up to my limit do I cancel and just leave?

Having the exact same problem, nobody at Three wants to help. Tried to cancel this evening and they want me to pay over £900!!
