I've been with 3 for many years. My previous contract had expired and on 8th December I took out another contract with 3 which initially appeared to be a good deal. However after reading the small print I was unhappy with the roaming charges and decided to leave 3 and take my existing number to a new provider.
I informed Three of my intention to leave on either the 10th or 11th December and requested the PAC code. I entered the PAC on 16th December and started process of moving to O2.
Unfortunately there has been a delay in completing the process of transferring to O2. I am worried Three will charge me a hefty sum if the cancellation period expires for the contract I took out with them. Please could you tell me, from the information given when my free cancellation period expires. Thanks very much
