Cannot receive calls

I joined 3 a couple of weeks ago and ported over my previous number, this has gone live today but i cannot receive calls.   I can call out, email, text etc but no one can contact me by phone.    I am a carer for my elderly parent and this is very worrying as i am now not contactable.   I have switched phone off, on, airplane mode off/on etc etc.

 

Come on 3, this is unacceptable.

And don’t stop calling, and disturbing them, because we have the same problem and they say all the time, they are fixing it, but nothing happening still…
