Cannot view any bills

I have an iPhone 13 and have successfully registered my account on the new app. I cannot view any bills at all. There doesn’t seem a “view bill” tab anywhere. Is this a migration problem and will it correct itself eventually, or am I being silly and I just haven’t managed to find the correct place in the menu system.  I’ve spent a long time on THREE online chat but they don’t seem to understand  my issue.

Android pay monthly. Login and scroll down past the we want to sell you add ons. 

Current amount due box and click on view bill.

View for, there is a drop down for 6 months, select month and then click on download and you will have a pdf for that month.

If only the school children who created this app had not forgotten the search function. Maybe we will get that once we have reregistered after the next system update.

Hi thanks very much for that. But unfortunately current amount due box is zero as I’ve paid it by automatic direct debit. So I don’t have a view bill tab. I do have a pay now tab (even though zero to pay) but no means of viewing any bills. This app has never been tested properly - it’s absolutely shocking

I pay by dd and my balance is zero. It's not a tab. Scroll down the main page and there is view bill in the current amount due pane. I am on android it may be different for ios.

Hi maestro, thanks (again) for assisting in trying to resolve this for me. Your right, it’s not a tab as such. But I think that, where you have a “view bill” box in the current amount due pane, I have a “pay now” box instead, and when I select it, it asks me to “add credit”, there is nowhere that I can get into any menu that allows me to eventually view any bill.  I can only summise that it’s because you are on android and I am on IOS. But from what I’m seeing so far, this software cud have been better written by a 4 year old. And to be honest, after having dealt with 2 different people via online chat, a 4 year old wud have demonstrated a better understanding of the app. But thanks again for your help, and if I’m missing something just let me know

Hi @db434343,

Sorry for the delay in replying on this. You should have both options to "Make Payment" and "View Bill" in that box. Is it still missing on your iPhone? Do you see the same when using My3 from a browser? The Amount due box should load in the top right when on a desktop browser view.

I have a “pay now” box but no “view bill” box, both on the app and thru the browser. As I’ve said before, the software is a joke and the online chat reps are out of their depth. Any meaningful help wud be appreciated as I’ve discounted online chat and it’s absolutely impossible to speak to a real person

Okay. For me the view bill button is above the pay now button so it appears that the school kids who created the app still have work to do.

The more I look at this app the more I believe it is the result of a junior school coding project. Where are my bills, why no search function, why so much blank space? Finally, does anyone who creates Three's apps ever use them?
