I’ve been using 3 broadband with a Huawei B818 for well over 12 months now. All has been well having forced the band selection to band 3 (my mast has both band 20 & 3)
Just last week my internet fell over, after some testing it seems band 3 has gone. Only 20 is available. Whilst this offers a stronger signal the speeds are horrendous!
I’ve checked the service page and it says there is an issue, but to be fair it’s always said that for my postcode for as long as I can remember.
Customer service are no use, I’d love to know what’s happened up on that hill as I’m seriously thinking of moving to another provider if this isn’t addressed soon.
Has anyone else seen this happen where you are?

This option is likely no longer available due to a software update, but it won't be something Three has specifically requested be changed. Is that B818 router one you got directly from Three?
What have our customer service team advised so far? Did they confirm there is currently a problem with your local mast or give you an expected fix date?
