Hello there.
If you're at the end of the minimum term, you will be able to make changes to the plan to reduce the cost. You can do that on My3, in store, or by contacting the Support Team.
If you're still within your current contract minimum term, there won't be as many options, and you would need to speak to the Support Team in order to find out what can be done in relation to the current contract you have.
