Monday
Have been abroad for the past 6 months, and have had roaming turned off.
Also have not been billed for any data usage (as I use hotspots and wifi)
Received a text in October saying I'd hit my £50 spend cap... but haven't been billed for it, or bought anything (including data) that could have contributed to this.
Now (December) just received a message saying I've used 80% of my worldwide data roaming limit - which, again, I haven't used at all the past 6 months. I haven't been charged or billed for any of this.
Today is the first day where I need to use roaming as my local phone is in for a repair (it provides the hotspot), and I'm worried I won't have any data or access to the internet outside of finding free wifi.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Thanks, Andy

Hey @Andy6
Go Roam is set up for for periodic travel, like holidays or short breaks. To ensure all customers can benefit from roaming, we have put in place the following rules for prolonged periods of roaming.
We'll monitor your usage, and if you spend two complete months in one or more of our Go Roam destinations in a rolling 12-month period, we have the right to suspend international roaming services on your account. This means you'll no longer be able to use your device or allowances abroad. Of course, we’ll let you know in advance if this is likely to happen. You'll need to stop using your roaming services exclusively for roaming in Go Roam destinations and return to the UK to avoid suspension. If you spend a full two months abroad but some of that time is spent in a destination that isn't included in Go Roam, the restriction won't apply.
We'd recommend that you reach out to our Customer service team so they can access your account to check this for you.
