Data roaming not working

I bought a 3 day go roam extra pass for my trip to Morocco yesterday, but it’s still not turned on !! I’ve not recieved any text message, but money left my account. The bot isn’t helping either. Does anyone know if I have to activate it and how?? It’s super annoying !! I need it for maps and things. I’ve turned roaming on and off loads of times too

Check your spend cap isn’t set to £0. Trying doing a manual network roam and pick different networks. Contact live chat to see if you have roaming enabled on your account.
