Now in Australia and I have received a message when in Doha saying I reached my data limit. Which ISN'T TRUE. I feel Three is scanming us. I have only used 23MB out of 12GB during my connection in Doha. Australia is a Go Roam country so I should be able to roaming with my plan and now I cannot use internet or even buy a data passport because it says I have reached the limit.
Impossible to call the call centre till tomorrow.
I need to sort out this ASAP. Please help.

Hello.
Welcome to the Three Community.
It sounds like a frustrating situation. It's hard to tell what limit you've hit, but I feel it's likely the spend limit on your account that has been reached. If that's the case, the system won't be able to charge anything to your account, including the Roaming Daily charge, or Data Passports.
If you have access to My3, you can change your spend limit in the Bills section. Once changed, it can take a couple of hours to take affect while abroad.
Pete.

Do you get charged £2 or £5 per day? If yes is the message relating to you having completed a day rather than hitting your limit? Other than that I cannot help.
