34mbs v 0.55mbs

First test is covering time period of 1am - 8am

Second test is covering time period of  8am - 11pm

I have multiple examples of this just to show how 3 choke their internet during peak times. for me, where I live in the FY post code my phone is un useable during the day. Now you tell me, is this worth £35 a month?

  • To clarify both tests done with a fully charged phone, exact same position in my flat and nowhere near any other devices or electrical currents that may be affecting the outcome, 3 are out and out liars.
  • I don't even have enough signal strength to use the app properly to upload the photographs to prove this.

I’m fairly sure Three don’t throttle the internet but they do use a system called traffic sense which is supposed the manage the internet at peak times. It shouldn’t precipitate a situation such as you’re experiencing and is most probably a capacity issue at your local mast. You could try the network status checker or perhaps asking customer service if the local mast is overloaded and whether any work is or is due to be done on it.

There really is no other explanation, theres never an issue, and they claim their signal in my area is superb, I can 100% confirm these claims are false. When I run a speed test in peak times it starts off registering as 30+ mbs then rapidly drops to under 1 mbs and settles at that, the signal is there I know it, they just dont let me have it in peak times, its absolutely shocking

With respect you’re assuming rather than fact checking!
