I’m assuming (correct me if I’m wrong) you’re on payg and you’re saying you’ve put a cash credit onto your account and want to convert it into a data bundle. If this is the case you can do this by visiting the My Three app or by calling 444 and following the prompts. If I’ve made an incorrect assumption then please reply and clarify and we’ll go from there.
