Faulty mast

During the last few weeks I’ve been unable to get a signal in a particular area of the town that I live in. One example postcode that is affected is IP4 ***.

Up until a few weeks ago there was a good signal in this area but now there is none. The phone shows 4 bars of signal but it is not possible to access the internet despite this. The coverage checker shows that there should be good coverage in this area.
Has a fault in this location been reported previously? Is there a timeline for a fix?

Sorry to hear you're having signal issues in your area. If you give the Network Status Checker another peek, this'll show you more information on this. 

As this is what @jr0 shared with you but, we have to reject the image as full postcodes shouldn't be shared. Thanks again for helping.

I have the exact same.problem,3 weeks.and still no improvement, they won't give you a end date.or.estimate,just keep pushing it back every week.i live in pa20 area.
