You people are utterly useless. I have UNLIMITED TEXTS AND CALLS AS PART OF MY PLAN AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CALL OR TEXT ANYONE SINCE YESTERDAY YOU USELESS PEOPLE LEFT ME STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MIDDLE OF THE  NIGHT!!!!! I PURCHASED AN UNLIMITED DATA ADD ON AND MY PLAN DOES NOT RENEW UNTIL NOVEMBER 2 AND YOURE TELLING ME ABOUT A  SPEND CAP??????? YOUR WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK, YOUR GODFORSAKEN APP DOES NOT WORK.  “333” ISNT WORKING AND TELLING ME ITS A CHARGEABLE CALL? I HAVE IT IN MY GOOD MIND TO SUE YOU PEOPLE I NEARLY HAD TO SLEEP ON THE STREETS LAST NIGHT ARE YOU  JOKING

Hello there. 

It's disappointing to see you're having issues with your services. You mentioned that you can't pay a bill, and that your allowances refresh on the 2nd of the month. If your bill generated on the 2nd of October, and hasn't been paid yet, it's possible that the issues might relate to that, as most bills need to be paid within 10 days, 19 days at most. 

I can see you also reached out to the team on Twitter, and they will normally get back to you in order to learn more about the issues you're having. It's worth checking back in with the team there to see if you've had anything back, and they will do their best to help. 

I'm happy to give advice here too of course, but as this is a public space, it limits what we can discuss. Hopefully you're back up and running already, but if not, let us know.
