Hi all ,, I have an iPhone SE. Is anyone having the same problem as me can’t receive calls or make calls until I reset it and then it works again. people’s can ring me and it won’t show or ring and I ring people and it doesn’t show on their side, but it rings on mine.
It’s so confusing.
I have tried absolutely everything. Do you think it’s a network problem.

Hi @Will1965,
Sorry to hear about this, as @Paddiewack says the Network Status Checker should help confirm if there's anything we're investigating locally. Otherwise this could be a handset issue. When you say you reset the phone, was this a case of switching off and on again, or did you try Resetting your network settings?
We'd also recommend to check your iOS software is fully up to date.
One other thought, is this with calls when out and about, or at home using Wi-Fi calling?
Thanks,
Jonathan

The answer to the first part of your question is no;personally I’m not having any problems. The first thing to do is check the Three status page for any issues in your area. If you’ve reset network settings then all I can suggest is for you to contact customer service. You could just check that call forwarding is disabled, your do not disturb feature is turned off (probably labelled as focus in your settings menu) and ensure airplane mode is off.
Best of luck.
