I have been with three since  when it started but lately it has gone from bat to wors I live in london and 95 % of the time I don't have reception.

Is there any way to claim back for not using any data fot 24 months as there'isnt any reception to use it.

Hello.

Not having a reception can be a pain, that's not something I'd normally expect in London. Do you get reception else where? 

There's no rollover for data and no way to claim it back. Whatever isn't used each month expires.
