Horrible connectivity

Fledgling

I live in Hackney in London and I get connection speeds of less than 1Mbps. I have tried my best to survive, but I don't think that I want to go through the hassle any more. I have just tested O2 and I get 70+Mbps connection at the same location.

However, I still have 16 out of 24 months left on contract and the cancellation fees amount to £300+

Does anyone know how to get cancellation fees waived? There has to be some sort of consumer protection option since the service is essentially not usable.

You’d need to speak to customer services and if they can’t help make an official complaint. Once they send a final response to your complaint if it’s not what you want to hear you can take it to Ofcom.
