Hi @tacbatty,
It's quite unusual to have an issue with only receiving calls that wouldn't affect outgoing calls too. Did you recently change you number, or port in to Three from another provider?
The issue may be an unconditional call forward. If you check if you have settings for call forwarding, and if there's an always forward or unconditional forward, switch this off:
In Androids you'll usually find this by opening the phone app, then choosing the three dots in the top right, then the Calling Accounts option, then Call Forwarding. (wording may vary for different Android manufacturers/models)
For iPhones this is Settings > Apps > Phone, then Call Forwarding.
If it doesn't seem to be an issue with Call forwarding settings, I'd recommend checking your phone hasn't been set to a Do Not Disturb setting, and also check for blocked contacts, or call screening options as this sort of behaviour could be phone settings rather than a network or account issue.
One good test to narrow down whether this is likely to be a network or specific phone problem, is to test your SIM in another phone if possible.
Let me know if you're able to test any of the suggestions, and if any of these help solve this for you.
Thanks,
Jonathan
