Good morning please I need help. I’ll be travelling to Sofia Bulgaria later on today. I would like to have access to Internet once I’m there. Will you be able to help me to make sure I have the access please? My number is 07*** thank you.

Hey @aagidee,

You'll be able to unlock your allowances for a daily fee of £2. You'll have access to calls, texts and 12GB of data while in Bulgaria.

Please ensure you have Data Roaming switched on in the device settings and check that your spend cap is increased enough to cover the daily fee. You can do this by logging into your account on the My3 app or online.
