Internet issues.

hello community, after countless unsolved complaints, I still have problems with internet speed.specifically, I don't have these problems with another operator.

I tried the following:

-airplane mode

-restart the Phone

-restart mobile data settings.

Hi @ekkg01,

I'll do my best to help with this. Can you let me know a little bit more about the situation? The following will hopefully help point us in the right direction:

  • Are we discussing slow speeds at one location or several? Have you been able to check with us or on the Network Status Checker if there's any known issues in the location(s)
  • Is this issue constant, intermittent, or does it happen at specific times?
  • Have you tested your SIM in more than one phone, and does the slow speeds persist when you use the same SIM in another phone?
  • Have we tried replacing your SIM since the issue started?
  • What impact has this issue been having, are you unable to use data at all, or is it specifically an issue browsing, using particular apps, or with streaming? What sort of speeds are you picking up if you've ran any speed tests?

Once we have that info I'll check the next best steps to follow.
