Hello, is anyone else having issues with upgrading online I’ve tried the app and on safari.
Ive gone through the whole process I’ve added all my details passed the credit check chosen collection but on the last stage when I go to review the information to confirm I press continue and it just loads and won’t go any further.
I have noticed a few threads saying they’ve had similar problems but I don’t know if anyone has been given a solution and been able to upgrade?
My contracts up tomorrow so If I know the issue cannot be fixed or will take weeks I won’t bother wasting time and I’ll go elsewhere.

I upgraded online recently, after speaking with an adviser and being told to do so, as I knew exactly what I wanted, and got a much better trade in quote. I was told to call again after ordering so they could complete the proces, so you may need to do likewise
