I had this same issue starting this week. VoLTE is not enabled, or available via the normal menu. I found the following working: https://old.reddit.com/r/LGV60/comments/yq4iaf/lg_v60_enable_volte_and_vowifi_without_root/ The menu items weren't populated, but now VoLTE and VoWiFi now appear to work, and I can call again. I had been concerned my V60 would be relegated to just being a rather good DAP.
