In the next few months might Three give us:
1) Missed Call Alerts
2) Visual Voicemail for android and ios
3) the ability to switch off / on regular voicemail without having to call 333 or taking part in a Live Chat
Three is supposedly one of the "Big Four", but whilst ee, o2 and vodafone (and some MVNOs) give their customers all of the above, Three refuse to do so.
They continue to increase their prices year on year, but without giving customers all of the network benefits that should rightfully have been up and running well over a decade ago.
To repeatedly say that "we have no plans to offer these services" is not a satisfactory response.
These issues need to be brought to the direct attention of CEO Robert Finnegan.
