Have had nothing but problems with three network. Ordered a 4G plus device had problems would not let us watch anything on catch up and slow internet. Always go through to India when I phone and they don’t seem to be able to understand what I am saying and keep saying they can fix the problem. Finally they sent us another hub but only 4g person I spoke to could not understand what we were on about but fiddled with a few things and seemed a bit better.

have been away on and off and mainly only used stuff we had recorded but now used all that and again can’t get anything on the catch up just keeps buffering up and internet so slow. Over the last few days it is getting worse.

can anyone advise how I can contact someone in this country so I can actually get someone who understands what I am on about and actually get a solution and the hub I am suppose to have.

That sounds really frustrating that you've been changed to a different device from the one you signed up to, and it sounds like there may be an underlying network or coverage issue too. I'll send you a PM so we can get you some more help with this.
