Mobile 4G Broadband blocking access to VPN

I have been using Three mobile broadband for over a year now, i never had problems connecting my laptop to the company i work for VPN server. Now i am unable to connect at all 😞 The IT support at work have investigated and said it is three boardband blocking it. How do i get around this without changing my broadband provider? I work from home on a full time basis so need to connect to a VPN

This debaucle has now affected my wife's work computer. It worked fine for 17months but has suddenly started preventing her VPN connecting - yet connecting through Virgin at her mums is fine. I use a different VPN for my work and that has no issues. I have tried the APN fix etc but no luck. 

There seems to be an impass between is it the VPN or is it Three, and paying customers suffering. As my VPN for work is fine it does beg the question is it the VPN - but then it connects through Virgin so begs the question is it Three. Or is it both their problem so they should jointly figure it out and quickly?
