I wish I had never gone with three the is no internet connection even though it shows good strength on phone and also have two other devices and just the same. It's not usable. And even when out on call outs as a passenger I'm trying to use internet data. And nothing. Not just my phone but other guys as well . Three need to sort out or let us end contracts as not fit for purpose. Sad

Sorry to hear the signal has been letting you down lately. We've merged your two topics as it looks like it's about the same issue. I appreciate this is frustrating, the best advice we can give is to follow up with the team if you don't see an improvement in the expected timescale. If this still isn't sorted out by then, let them know that you'd like to consider options with other providers. We deal with requests like that on a case by case basis, so I can't confirm what they'll be able to offer, but I'm sure the team will do their best to help.
Please also let us know how you get on after the 7 days has passed, and if the issue hasn't been resolved to your satisfaction by then.

Itโs a pain in the rear end as I know from bitter experience but crap happens and no company can guarantee service at all times. When it affects someone else the โwho gives a monkeysโ syndrome kicks in. When it affects you or me as an individual then thatโs something different. Youโll just have to wait until any work is done. Easy for me to say and I promise Iโm not experiencing the aforementioned syndrome.

Maybe Iโm lucky but when I started my contract a few years ago I lived in very rural West Norfolk and seldom (but not never) had a bad data throughput in that area. Now I live near Reading and I was concerned that network congestion would be an issue but no;downloading at 554 mbps the other day. So nothings perfect but my advice to you would be to check the Three status page for any issues within your area and if there is then contact customer service because you and the โother guysโ certainly seem to be unlucky.
