My number hasn't ported over properly

Hi guys, 

My number ported over from giffgaff this morning however there seems to have been an error. I can make calls/send texts however I cannot receive them. When I try to call my number it says 'you have dialled an incorrect number'. Is this normal? I'm getting concerned that I may be missing important phone calls.
