My new sim was meant to change to my current number. Did a pac code. So far nothing and the three number is till showing. I turned the phone off and on during say. Also I can’t pair my Apple Watch as it says cannot connect as you already have you have an existing plan. Not a good start.

When did you provide us with your PAC? Did you receive the text confirming the date the transfer will take place?
