Network issue in Dartford, Kent area

The internet data has becoming very sluggish since 30 Jan evening, but still has not fixed completely. Sometimes it getting a bit better and comes back again later on. Very bad and unstable experience.

I check against the Three UK network status check (using post code), it admits the problem but unfortunately no complete fix yet.

We're working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing. We hope to have things fixed as soon as possible and will add any updates here.

The problem still persists as of now. It has been over 9 days since I encountering the problem, I am very disappointing about it. 

This is the pre-paid data pack service, I want the compensation (i.e. refund on the pro-rata basis). Please let me know how can I do it, thanks!

Both 4G and 5G network has the same issue. The signal strength is good but just the internet response is very sluggish and sometimes not even able to load a webpage.  Believe it is the data issue rather than the radio reception issue.  It happens since 30 Jan evening.
