Woke up this morning to a network outage. Or rather "planned maintenance" on the mast. I am told I will have no signal for 72 hours.
The same thing happened a few weeks ago.
Surely it would be good business practice to send an sms to affected customers giving them notice.
It's just not good enough.
I rely on a data connection for work.
PAC code and leave Three options being seriously considered.........

There used to be somewhere where you could register for text messages alerting you to planned works. I get then and I think I signed up on the network status checker page but I can now longer find the link. Perhaps a moderator can advise.
