Hi, I recently transferred my contract to 3 as I was assured there was a great signal in my area. That seems to be a lie, there is no signal and now 3 want to charge me over £70 to leave even though it’s within 14 days. Is this allowed?

Poor speed

Anyone else having poor speed? Since joining 3 my speed has fallen well below the advertised speed. I have visited the 3 shop and was promised someone would call me. No such call. I am now about to cancel and ask for sykind of refund.
