New PAYG

Hi recently bought a PAYG sim partly due to confusion and I am worried and confused about what the charges mean. I think I have pre paid for 60gb of data with unlimited calls and texts but I keep seeing things about charges separate for PAYG customers? On the app it says I have an allowance of unlimited calls & texts plus my 60gb data but I’m worried sick that I’m going to get charged for calls and texts somehow. I am confused by the wording on the app, someone please help.

If you've purchased a 60GB data pack on PAYG, unlimited calls and texts come inclusive with this.

There aren't any additional charges associated with the pack itself. Please have a look at our webpage on Data Packs for some more info on these.

If you’ve pre paid for a data allowance (any amount) then you’ll enjoy unlimited minutes and texts. You say you’ve got a 60gb allowance so I would stop worrying if I were you. If you have any other concerns just open a chat with customer service.
