Congrats on the new flat! 🏠 As you've mentioned Whatsapp, I presume this is the signal on your mobile whilst using your data?
I would advise checking what our network coverage checker is saying for your new area and letting us know what it says. As well as this, use our network status checker to see if there are any known issues in your area that we're working on currently.
If you let us know the outcome on both of these then that would be great as this will depend on what the next steps would be 😊
