Have Three for mobile and Home Broadband. 5G always in excess of 500mb here.
5G went down last week for around 36hrs. The website showed an issue (which was reassuring). Customer service not overly helpful (the usual 1hr on live chat asking the most basic of questions). Everyone in the local area was affected.
5G is now down again since last night. Speeds on 4G less than 1mb. Customer service useless - won't entertain my report because I raised an issue last week, which they feel, is resolved.
Everyone in the apartments when I live are affected. Can anyone here have some input to get this raised with engineers? Website currently shows no issues.

When I spoke with the advisor the 2nd time they said there was an issue and to keep checking the network checker. There was no issue showing my end. I asked them to email me a report of the issue and they wouldnt. It seems like they are hoping the issue goes away rather than dealing with it.
At least I know others are having the problem. Still bad as I type.

Day 3 with no 5G and 4G speeds 0.5mb. Spent about 6hrs of my life on live chat now - still refuse to aconowledge there's an issue. Absolutely joke! Goodbye, Three. Will take my 4 contracts and Home broadband elsewhere.

Is there anyone here that can pick this up before I lose the will to live? Three customer service is an absolute joke!
My partner and I have spent the last 2hrs on live chat trying to sort this and got nowhere! It happened last week - the issue acknowledged - yet no-one at Three will do anything the fact we have 1mb speeds. We rely on Three for Home Broadband and mobile - nothing works at such low speeds!!
