No Network

Over the past months I have no network when at work ( both within the building ans also outside in the area -  so cannot use internet/ emails/ messaging ...calls . Phone seems to work everywhere else and it was working fine? 

Says I have 4G but virtually no bars... it is becoming very annoying as I have unlimited data and any network checker I do says everything is fine .... which it isn't?

Also having the same issue.. no one can explain why it’s very frustrating as no matter where I am my data does not work.

Hi @sandraoreilly,

This sounds really frustrating. If the issue does seem to be one location, this would suggest either the coverage isn't as good as we'd like, or there's a local network issue. When you mentioned the network checker, were you looking at the Network Status Checker? Is anyone else at work using Three and can confirm they're having similar issues?
