what is happening with this network. Have not been able to work (from home) for 3 days. Promised a phone call at 8.30pm tonight from customer services because the problem was supposed to be fixed by 8pm this evening.  I'm using mobile data to type this because I'm unable to get onto anything  using my WiFi.
