So I’m just back from Spain, and ran into an array of issues while there. I couldn’t receive or make calls, texts or didn’t have any data. I purchased two go roam passes to no avail. Checked roaming was active, checked I had a limit of more than £10 and credit was more than £1. Also did a manual switch of networks whilst there. I felt rather vulnerable as family were trying to contact me over an urgent matter and had to get in touch with my hotel to reach me.
This isn’t good enough Three, and I want fully refunded for both go roam passes as I never seen the benefit of those.
i will be arranging to end my contract and going with another more reliable network. An absolute awful situation I was placed in.

I'm sorry to hear you had trouble accessing Go Roam while abroad and can imagine how worrying this was.
I'd recommend getting in contact with our Customer Service team to check you have roaming enabled on the account itself, and also raise a complaint regarding your recent experience. They'll be able to discuss any refunds for the passes you've purchased.
