Hi,
I have no service whatsoever and I am abroad in Spain on my own.
I have an iPhone 14, i have mobile roaming switched on, I have reset my phone, I have tried the mobile network manual option, nothing is working.
On my way I spoke with someone else on the three network who pays HALF what I pay a month (they pay 40, I pay 80) and they had data.
i have no service whatsoever, no 4g, no internet, no text received to say that I am in Spain and to do roaming
please help!!!

Ah, that sounds frustrating for sure! It sounds like you've done everything on the device side that we would recommend.
Since you're getting nothing at all, including the welcome message, it sounds like your roaming isn't being allowed. It's possible that the account is configured to not allow International roaming. I'd recommend reaching out to the team on chat and asking them to make sure the international roaming, and any other needed settings are enabled.

Check that your spend cap isn't set to zero.
Also, make sure (via Live Chat) that your credit limit is not set to £1.
