Hi,
I was in Belgium 2 weeks ago and had zero signal for all the 5 days I was there. I was on a 10GB DataPack_RC with 2GB Data Add-on_10GB DP Add-on. I couldn't receive texts, or calls, couldn't get online, nothing. Roaming was switched on my phone.
Any ideas what happened? I'm going to Greece in two weeks, I'd like to know I'll have a working phone.

Did you ensure roaming was activated on both your account and phone before you left the UK?
